Yes, definitely. You can book safely with us. The Voyage Agency, part of L’Essenlialiste Ltd, is a proud member of Protected Trust Services (PTS), membership number 6429. All client payments are held in an independent trust account and insured, meaning your money is 100% protected until your trip is complete. This is fully aligned with the Package Travel Regulations (PTRs) and Consummer Rights Act.
Whether you book direct through us or book through our Reservations & Concierge teams, we are fully transparent on the costs involved. Some local taxes and additional fees might apply and payable locally at your destination (e.g. city tax, tourist tax, eco tax, resort fee, service fee…). We’ll do our best to highlight these additional costs.

Yes, travel insurance is mandatory for all bookings and all guests / passengers. It should cover cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings. We are available should you need further guidance and can support you in the process.
We will be delighted to assist you in preparing your trip and advise on travel restrictions, passport validity, visa requirements and health regulations. However, this is your responsibility to ensure these are in place before you departure and valid throughout your trip.
Our Concierge team is a complimentary service for all bookings made through us and part of The Voyage Agency Signature Collection. They are available 24/7 on WhatsApp. This service can be subscribed separately with other standard reservations made through us.
